Ordering & Payment
It's easy! In some instances, I will have a Paypal button at the bottom of the listing. If I don't, or if you are inquiring about a custom order, you can email me, and I'll send a Paypal Invoice. Upon payment notification, your item will ship right away.
I also have a Square account for credit card processing, for those who do not use Paypal.

Shipping
I ship using USPS Priority, with tracking, and for orders over $100, insured.
In the interest of the planet's resources, I use recycled packing materials.
In the interest of getting your item to you safely, I use a lot of it.

Refunds and Returns
Your purchase price is refunded (minus shipping) if you notify me within 7 days of delivery
and the item is returned in the condition in which it was sent.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are easy. You contact me with an inquiry via email. We talk (via email) about what it is you want to order, work out the details of the item itself, and a price. You pay half once we settle it, I make your order, then send you a photo to let you know it's ready. You pay the other half, and I get your item in the mail! Please note that the first half payment is non-refundable.
Payment Plan
We don't always have pockets as deep as we'd like, so for the more expensive things, it helps to have a plan.
Basically it's just like the custom order process, except your item is already made, and your payment of half down holds it for you. So a payment of half down, then the remainder a month later, and your item ships. Please note the first half payment is non-refundable.
